The lottery ticket sales will be available online only. A series of monthly draws will be held from August 27, 2021 to August 26, 2022. Bonus and Early Bird ticket sales will close at noon on the dates listed below. Grand prize ticket sales will close at 11:59 pm the night before the draw day. The Grand prize draws will be held the last Friday of each month on the dates and time listed below.

$2,500August 26, 2022 - Tickets will only be sold to people who are 18 years of age or older.
- Must be in the province of Ontario at the time of purchase.
- Tickets are 3 for $5, 10 for $10, 60 for $20 and 250 for $40. For the month of December and July there will be an option for 750 for $75. Ticket sales are final.
- Tickets will only be available online at www.timminsdistrict5050.ca
- Tickets will be sold using the electronic raffle system supplied by Ascend Fundraising Solutions.
- After buying, patrons will receive a confirmation e-mail with their 50/50 registered numbers from a Random Selection System. No specific numbers can be given as numbers are generated randomly.
- The winning ticket number will be selected by a Random Number Generation (RNG) system from all raffle numbers sold for the draw.
- The amount of the 50/50 draw will be available at
www.timminsdistrict5050.ca . - Tickets will be sold beginning on August 27, 2021 and ending at 11:59 p.m. on August 26, 2022.
- The winning number will be announced by email and posted online at
www.timminsdistrict5050.ca . - The winner may claim their prize by contacting TADH Foundation at: (705) 360-6039 or by email at:
timminsdistrict5050@tadh.com . The ticket may then be brought to the Foundation office, located in the promenade of the Hospital located at 700 Ross Avenue East, at an agreed upon time for ticket verification. The winner will then be paid the amount posted at the event for which they bought their ticket. Winners must have the original winning ticket and no copies. - The winning ticket holder has 6 months in which to claim their prize from the date of the draw their ticket was purchased for.
- The winner must provide his/her name, address, and phone number with picture identification for our report sheet. Valid forms of photo ID can be found at
https://www.agco.ca/photo-identification - Once the certified winner is verified, and provides identification with photo ID, they will be given a cheque in the amount of the declared prize which is, at minimum, 50% of the total sales for that draw. If the winner cannot provide photo ID, then the winning proceeds will be held until such identification can be provided.
- In the event that no winner comes forward, the winning number will be kept in a safe and held for 6 months. After that time period has elapsed the prize will be donated to a charity other than TADH Foundation with the approval of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).
- The following individuals are not eligible to purchase tickets and are not eligible to win: Timmins and District Hospital Foundation Staff and Foundation Board of Directors volunteers; as well as their spouses, children and children-in-law.
